We're looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee Project Management, lead high-performing teams, and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale concrete projects.

T&T Construction provides turnkey solutions for horizontal and vertical Concrete construction. Structural types include the following types of concrete work: Cast-in-Place, tilt wall systems, and infill and load-bearing Masonry work. T&T Construction services a vast geographic market with its expertise, from the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and the Northeast markets. T&T Construction has offices in Florida, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

Our Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for ensuring that the regional project management teams are continually meeting overall safety, quality, productivity, and financial commitments of their projects and that they remain consistent with company policies. The SPM will be responsible for 'rolling up' regional data weekly to the Regional Director and other senior leadership. This role has a heavy focus on leading and developing team members. Mentorship and Leadership are to be shown through overseeing project managers; reviewing their monthly financials, providing guidance during difficult situations, being present and providing support for important client meetings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • A mastery level of experience is required, no less than 4 years of combined experience as a Project Superintendent and/or Project Manager on projects within the Tilt-up, Cast-In-Place or Concrete Construction industry.
  • Possess superior organizational, supervisory and communication skills. Communication skills include verbal and written abilities. Daily use of phone, email, software systems is required.
  • A self-starter that is a detail oriented, with the ability to complete multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy.
  • Must be capable to plan, identify/resolve potential problems and adapt quickly. Exceptional follow-up skills are required, and the candidate must possess the ability to adapt to change.
  • Must have the ability to read/review/understand shop drawings and specification for all phases of construction related to our work.
  • Computer skills required include the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Accounting systems, Estimating, Project Management software.
  • Certified Project Management Professional, TCA Tilt-Up Specialist, and Leadership training certifications are a plus.
