ALCAL SPECIALTY CONTRACTING, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR

AN EXPERIENCED ROOFER FOREMAN

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly

LOCATION: Fremont, CA

BENEFITS: Union

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Installing roofs at a variety of job sites
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Installing materials in accordance with company standards and specifications
  • Submits paperwork daily to account for material and time on each job
  • Regularly visit job sites to review work in progress in terms of productivity and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Management team to coordinate jobsite logistics including pre-job planning, safety requirements, and ensure required materials and tools are available.
  • Abide by all instructions and rules set by Supervisor
  • Abide by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years of Foreman roofing experience
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • Regular attendance required
