Job Description
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the administration and coordination of construction project documentation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED
2+ years of administrative/project support in construction is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Excel experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Dexter & Chaney's Spectrum software is preferred.
Knowledge of Procore construction management software is preferred.
Experience working with sales tax in Kansas and Missouri regarding payroll and accounts receivable is preferred.
Experience with T&M and AIA billings is highly preferred.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge and understanding of general office procedures.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Must be able to work well with others and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Project Managers with project documentation, including filing and maintaining drawings, RFI, submittal, and other project-based logging systems.
Coordinate the distribution of job documents to both internal and external parties, as necessary or as appropriate per company procedures.
Interface with both internal and external individuals involved in the projects, such as project team members, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Maintain ongoing communication related to projects, respond to inquiries, seek information, and provide information as necessary to ensure the smooth administration of each job.
Utilize company accounting system to enter or update project data and other pertinent information.
Issue Purchase Orders for projects, material, and equipment.
T&M and AIA Billings
Update customer rates with Union rate increases
Manpower tracking
Write and submit POs to vendors
Set up jobs/projects
COIs: monitor vendor COIs, pull COIs for projects
Obtain W9s for vendors and subcontractors
Monitor tax exemption certificates for tax exempt projects
Update and distribute job info sheets
Other duties or tasks as assigned.
