About the role
The Operations Management Analyst provides the project management team with simple day-to-day operations, administrative, and project coordination support for our financial services client's construction projects nationally.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies
. Role allows for remote work but will be local to either Cincinnati, OH or Charlotte, NC to support account staff in those markets.
What you'll do
Coordinate budget preparation. Research and collect input from multiple internal and external resources.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
Track department processes and procedures to find opportunities to improve service delivery.
Compile a variety of operating, financial, and statistical information reports. Gather information for periodic updates relative to project resources and fiscal plans.
Assist with developing project plans and costs. This includes personnel and fiscal requirements to achieve defined objectives.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Respect, Excellence) values.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What you'll need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience with commercial real estate construction projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Kahua or other project management software. Experience with Smartsheet and Power BI is desirable.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make advised decisions.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
