Job Knowledge
  • General Concrete labor with knowledge of heavy concrete repair, rough carpentry, masonry, caulking and Waterproofing.
  • Position, join, align, and seal structural components, such as concrete wall sections and pipes
  • Demolition of concrete structures, removal of materials and disposal
  • Set up forms and molds for pouring concrete, ensuring they are properly aligned and leveled.
  • Mix, pour, and spread concrete, using tools such as shovels, trowels, rakes, and floats.
  • Operate power tools and machinery, such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and pumps, to facilitate the construction process.
  • Perform a variety of duties in a timely manner, meeting the job requirementsFollow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and potential hazards from the work area.
  • Follow all company and site specific safety and health program policies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenter
  • OSHA 10
  • Equipment training as it relates to carpenter job title
  • Ability to work according to the Blueprint for our Culture
  • Completion of the FAST Safety Training - level 2 within 90 days of hire
