Job Knowledge
General Concrete labor with knowledge of heavy concrete repair, rough carpentry, masonry, caulking and Waterproofing.
Position, join, align, and seal structural components, such as concrete wall sections and pipes
Demolition of concrete structures, removal of materials and disposal
Set up forms and molds for pouring concrete, ensuring they are properly aligned and leveled.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete, using tools such as shovels, trowels, rakes, and floats.
Operate power tools and machinery, such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and pumps, to facilitate the construction process.
Perform a variety of duties in a timely manner, meeting the job requirementsFollow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and potential hazards from the work area.
Follow all company and site specific safety and health program policies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1 to 2 years of experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenter
OSHA 10
Equipment training as it relates to carpenter job title
Ability to work according to the Blueprint for our Culture
Completion of the FAST Safety Training - level 2 within 90 days of hire
